Energy... A lot of things come to mind when we hear that word.

A child running around with what seems like an endless supply of it. A battery pack charging our favorite devices. The product that supplies our homes with power to live our day to day lives.

But WHAT is energy?

To put it in the most basic terms... Energy is LIFE.

Everything on this planet, OURSELVES included is energy.

Everything we see, touch, taste, feel, and hear is energy. Every item in the world has it's own resonant energy signature. Humans, rocks, and everything in between.

The planet we live on resonates at somewhere between 7.83Hz and 8.0Hz. This is an indisputable scientific and mathematical fact. There have even been studies showing that some harmonic frequencies are detrimental to humans as a whole because it creates a disconnect between our bodies and our consciousness.

Audible frequencies in music have been proven to cause emotional reactions within people. Listening to your favorite music can lead you to react in different ways, rage, love, happy, sad.

BUT... what happens to you when you listen to an instrument tuned to 432Hz , Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal resonance bowls, tuning forks, hand pans... Listening to these instruments, for MOST people, places you in a calm, serene, blissful, mindset that continues for quite some time after you've stopped listening unless an outside force counteracts it. And the more you listen the more you feel the attunement effects on your mind AND body!
